2nd Time to the Immigration Building within a month!!!

Today Manik and I went to the immigration office for the 2nd time. Last time was for my Permanent Resident application. T his time is to extend my visa. The immigration office is the most busy building I've ever seen in my life. Way more busy then any embassies I've visited in London (however, Manik clamed that it's much better than the Home office!). Even before we entered the building, just stepping out of the MRT Lavendar station, imagine a whole lot of people are all headed towards the same building, doing the same business as you are about to. Everybody with solemn face and unhappy steps walking towards that crowded place.

After getting the queue ticket, we managed to find 2 seats, one in front of the other. I managed to finish the whole book I borrowed earlier from the library before our turn, 1 hour and something after.

I told Manik that this would be the best place to hand out Christan magazines, booklets, etc. He said that Singapore is not allowed in a secular government building in case other religious groups got angry. Then I told him I meant to handing them out outside of the building, since most of the people outside are heading towards it. He said 'mm'. I wonder whether we can do that at some point... I think God gives us ideas to fulfill not just to wonder.

Maybe the next time when we have to come back....
Dec 24?!
Sigh......what a nightmare~

Manik says we should turn this reaction into praise, Yes!!!
